"Utter waste of time and money!"

While trying to get in touch with a'speaking person' on telephone number given, I realised that I was being 'shunted' to different more expensive numbers.

NO-ONE answered the original YORK number! So now I have TWO COMPLAINTS...This service has GONE MAD!! .
