Had a letter complaining about my dogs, who are always indoors when post comes. Not a specific complaint, mind you, just a standard letter addressed to 'dog owner' and my address with a demand to get in touch with the author upon receipt. Going to have to try telepathy I suppose as letter contained no phone number or other contact details and judging from the other reviews on this site I'm never going to find any!.
