I telephoned Royal mail sorting office, Leeman Rd, York and spoke to a woman who told me to call back at 3.00pm. I did this, 47 times, and each time a recorded message told me that there was no one there to take my call. Even though their opening hours on a Thursday are 7.ooam - 6.00pm.

ABSOLUTE RUBBISH CUSTOMER SERVICE!
