"Taking advantage of old lady"

I am outraged at how the Scarborough shop has taken advantage of my 90 year old mother. She ordered a watch, when it arrived she felt obliged to buy it even though she had not seen it, it was too big so links had to be removed. On arriving home she could not take it off, I had to do this, she also cannot fasten up.

I immediately returned it to the shop who refused to refund the money. They will only give a credit note even though there is nothing suitable for her, she cannot see very well and has dry macula disease. Talk about no heart, I feel they took advantagean old lady saw it as an opportunity to sell an expensive watch, something they don't do very often.
