My mum bought a Lorus watch from the York shop in July and gave it to me as a birthday present in October. Unfortunately, the links strap has fallen apart and despite getting it fixed twice at a local shop, has fallen apart again. I emailed them in December asking if they could fix or replace (I have the receipt) - no response. Have since taken it to another jewellers again who've advised there's a mechanic fault with the strap links and needs to be returned to the shop it was bought. Have emailed them again - let's see if they bother to respond. Its still under guarantee - looks like my mum was sold shoddy goods - such a shame as its a terrific looking watch but I can't wear it :-( .
