My sisters & I went on a coach trip to York on Sat.Dec.10th 2011. We "discovered" this tea room by accident.Just stumbled accross it,while feeling hungry & thirsty.
It was very busy & obviously very popular.
After waiting less than 5 mins for an empty table, we
were ushered downstairs to find a really comfy seat at a table surrounded by shelves full of delicate china sets of dishes.
The all Day breakfast (tea included) was delicious.
The price was right,the service excellent.We left feeling full & refreshed as if we'd just had lunch with our favourite aunty. Thanks from the 3 of us.We will come again soon..
