I must totally disagree with the comment of the 4th November. I use thomas the bakers everyday and can categorically state that I have been pleased with the service I have been given over the last 9 years in one of the shops in Middlesbrough. The staff have always been extremely corteous and helpful and can not do enough to help me. Maybe your complainent should travel to Marton Road in Middlesbrough for his bread etc. .
