"Very poor service"

I waited 10 minutes at an empty bar Saturday night, a barmaid said " stand over there" like I was a dog, I moved 1 meter as she asked and of course it made no difference as the bar tender was still dealing with the same customer who was complaining about her wine. Eventually a few people arrived and dissapeared due to the lack of service. When I asked the barman if there was any chance of being served he stared at me and shouted "In a minute" That was enough for me. Never again..
