"Just phoned - receptionist was a bit short."

First time ever I have phoned and not been really happy. I have always praised the way I have been dealt with by surgery receptionists and haven't understood my friends when they say their doctor's receptionist are like rottweilers.

I appreciate how unbelievable busy they are but ......
