"Dissappointed"

A review of Superbreak Mini-Holidays by J Carlaw written on Tuesday 21st of September 2010

I used the website to book a 4 star hotel in Oxford.

Although superbreak do not own the hotel I believe they should take responsibility to ensure quality is as advertised as would my local travel agent towhom I shall return in future.
