"Unfriendly to pedestrians"

A review of B&Q by M. Hill written on Monday 2nd of August 2010

I shopped at B &Q at Clifton Moor on Wednesday 28th July with my shopping trolley as I do not have a car. That was fine. I shopped again at B & Q on Saturday and found a notice on the door "no bags allowed - leave them in your car" - how unfriendly. How can I shop without bags, and I have no car to leave them in, and I live within walking distance of the store, but I cannot manage without my shopping trolley. This means I will no longer be a customer at this store.

Hope the manager reads this!.
