"Very Good effort shown to resolve issue."

Regarding my earlier review I must say they have shown very good effort to resolve the issue. Think should have discussed the issue clearly earlier. Chris from bikeoutlet has really shown that they care & very much apologetic.Offered & sent me preferred accessories to compensate the trouble. I wish them all the best & hope people would take note of this review instead of earlier one to judge them..
