Forgot to mention, I stayed there. They have a few rooms overlooking the Minster. There is no parking on site, but I was able to use a pub car park nearby. I stayed with my partner and we were only charged £50 for the night for both of us. They don't do breakfast, but that was no problem there are plenty of places to go to. We had a great stay, a good choice for cheap accommodation..
