I booked this venue for a catch-up of 12 friends, the accommodation was a good size, cleanliness was perfect and we were left to enjoy our weekend to ourselves. The garden was perfect with a decent gas powered BBQ. Would definitely recommend for an affordable stay close to York city centre..
