"Not the same as they used to be"

I visited this same branch a few months ago to enquire about a repair , he showed me an example of his work it was poor he also showed me a leather sole before it was attached to the shoe it had a crack on the reverse, now Im a shoe repairer with 36yrs experience ,indeed I once worked for this company its a shame how they have changed for the worse . the staff just don't seem to be trained anymore.
