"LOST/STOLEN MAIL"

I hold my breath every time I sent a celebratory card via RM. So many have been lost/stolen, probably in the hope of obtaining money.

YO31, we have superb post people, no complaints. The system in general? Absolute rubbish, inefficient and uncaring. When I queried why a card addressed to Queensland was removed and the envelope shoved in a box that ended up in Greece, they might as well have told me to go to hell for all the sense and compassion I got from them. To them it might have been 'just a card'. To us it was a token of remembrance of a wonderful wedding of my son and daughter-in-law. They don't give a damn about the people who, ultimately, pay their salaries. If they want to survive, they need to become more customer aware..
