"Not good at replying"

A review of Mortgage Advice Service by RW written on Tuesday 11th of February 2014

I visited the office and had a lengthy discussion explaining what I was looking for and was promised a reply within a week. That was over 5 weeks ago. Since then,2 messages left on the telephone answering machine,plus 1 message left with staff, who apologised and still no reply over 1 week ago. Does not exactly fill anyone with confidence.
