"Awful service"

I have attempted to have 2 parcels redelivered a total of 8 times now. They have only had these parcels 2 freaking weeks! I refuse to walk 2 miles to the depot as I am a student, can not afford the £20 plus taxi fare to the depot. I really am very disappointed with your service. .
