The general enquiry telephone no

does not cover all queries

As parcel will be in Birchpark Depot it needed to be dealt with there and we have no transport to get there

except by public transport which is not possible for us

or expensive taxis to establish if our parcel is there

not what we call service

why not have some who has the job dealing with phone calls?

or is that too obvious!
