I was admitted into the hospital in June 2012, from the first nurse who met me my care was second to none. I love the fact you get your own named nurse, mine was amazing and got me to talk about anything I needed too. I cried to her & shared my darkest thoughts . She had a butter soft voice, they all had a butter soft voice, making it easy to open up & share your feelings. They made me better , I was diagnosed with bipolar in November , after some difficult highs & lows I'm currently taking stabilising tablets, which enable me to lead a fulfilling & happy life. I'm proud to say I was a patient in bootham park, they gave me back my life. .
