"Are there any humans out there?"

I tried 30 times to contact the store, a human voice answers to say "welcome", and that is it! Impossible to ask if an item is in store if nobody answers the phone.

It is a 30mile round trip to drive there and find out. Do the staff care, no, why should they indeed, they are paid to turn up and serve the customers only. No adequate service is provided by the management.

The ground staff on duty are excellent, helpful and cheerful, they are not to blame. The blame stops at the door of the management only.
