Firstly they don't call themselves pizza doner York

Just pizza doner and secondly it is custom

For small establishments like this to only deliver in a small area radius, that has no relevance to the name and is understandable bearing in mind the practicalities of the situation. To assume that, imagining this establishment actually was called pizza doner York, an establishment's name somehow reflects the area in which they can deliver is short sighted; to do so would be the same as assuming that Kentucky Fried Chicken deliver throughout the commonwealth of Kentucky.
