"Phone number and real people"

Having looked up your store phone number to ask a question about a item that had been mended. I had to then go through the rigmaral of listening to an automated machine, on an expensive number tell me absolutly nothing i needed to know, what is wrong with giving the store number and speaking to a real person.a.......arrhh so frustrating..
