"You can taste the spud in the chips"

My husband and I visited York on 20th October and we decided to go to Mr Chippy for lunch. The staff were pleasant and helpful the fish and chips were georgous and the restaraunt was clean. In all a very pleasant meal and as my husband said "you can taste the spud in the chips" in other words you could tell they were made from potatos and not the frozen crap so many restaraunts use these days.
