My wife and I on a tour of the York area to review the Viking Threat of 1066, visited this site  
 
We were very pleased at how the maintenance management of this cemetery had organised and arranged to set out the site just using in most cases the Headstones only This allows the grassed areas around the graves to be fully mowed and presented in such a smart way that the overall impression of the site is smart, clean and very impressive  
 
Having visited graveyards and cemeteries over the last 40 years in the UK, Europe and overseas, we would rate this site amongst the most splendidly well kept cemeteries we have seen anywhere  
Congratulations to all the staff - it was a joy to visit such a lovely well kept site - thank you
