"Mind numbingly complicated."

A review of Royal Mail by Julia dean - Friday 17th of December 2010

I have spent the last three weeks trying to have mail redelivered. After paying under postage of 10p and exhorbitant fee of £1 on line and arranging delivery date for the 11th of dec recieved e-mail confirming payment but today have received e-mail saying i need to pay fee before item can be delivered i give up and all for the sake of 10p unbelievable. And after tedious and complex manouvers on website said items still not delivered its now the 17th Dec. Do not bother to ring any numbers given out it is all automated and sends you round the houses and the bend.
