"Over priced, tasteless, unfriendly"

A review of Tanglewood by Anonymous - Sunday 29th of August 2010

On arriving, a stroppy teenager sat us down. Manager, I presume was arguing noisily with bar staff. Expensive, unappealing deep fried brie in what I took for watered down jam sauce - yuk! My wife made the mistake of choosing the burger for mains which was dry to say the least, over spiced and quite unpalatable. Vegetables with my main were cold and overcooked. Quite an experience which we will not be repeating. Go somewhere cheaper and better value.
