"Great New Management at The Angler Inn!!"
A review of The Angler Inn by Carp Master - Wednesday 30th of April 2008
Called into the Angler Inn at Lower Dunsforth and pleased to see a new team taken over. The restaurant is now offering a full menu for bar meals,lunches and evening meals. All tastes catered for from an extensive menu!!
The real fires were blazing and to my delight, a selection of quality Traditional Ales along with the usual selection of lagers, bitters etc, although a very varied selection is available.
The venue is offering Live Music nights incorporating modern and contemporary Jazz etc.
We had a hot steak and brie melt ciabbatta lunch with caremalised strawberry pancakes and vanilla ice cream, washed down with a perfect pint of Timothy Taylor Landlord!!!
Thoroughly enjoyable time and if we didn't already have a prior engagement we would have stayed on and taken advantage of the overnight accommodation that is on offer! (After a few more samples of the Ales of course!) Still, there's always next time.
Give them a visit, it will be worth your while!!
