"Useless!"

No where to park to pick up mail apart from a pay and display, bearing in mind you will be about 2-3 minutes when picking up mail!

No-one answers the phone if you have a query.

You cannot organise for mail to be re-delivered the following day if you are out, only more than 48hrs later.

I don't see the point of trying to deliver parcels to addresses during lunchtime which usually happens when the majority of people are working - what happened to early morning deliveries??
