"Unhelpful Employees"A review of Laura Ashley Ltd by D Dixon - Friday 13th of November 2009I visited your store and saw a coffee table in the sale that I wanted to buy. The staff were very unhelpful as I asked if the table could be delivered to the Durham store and told we have a man. I pointed out that the delivery would be in Durham and that a local handy man would be of no help. I then enqured about using our car and told you cant do that you will get a ticket. I then visited the Durham Store to ask if this was possible again no help was offered. Do your stores not communicate with each other. Very Disappointed with the service |
