"How long is one day?"

A review of The Bike Outlet by Puddlejumper - Tuesday 25th of August 2009

Their website proclaims next day delivery but with an asterix, when you read the details it explains that's only if you pay extra, otherwise it’s a very vague upto five working days to dispatch and no mention of delivery time. Seven days after ordering a bike I am still waiting for anything other than an order confirmation. An email has been ignored, and a phone call just rang out. What I ordered disappeared of their stock list next day so their systems appear to work, they just need to get their act together.
