"EXCELLENT HIP PROVIDER"
A review of The Property Search Group by Georgina - Friday 14th of August 2009
We decided to put our house on the market and went to a couple of Estate Agents in York. We were told we needed a Home Information Pack and the fee for one of these was ridiculous. I had heard an advery on Minster FM for The Property Search Group so I gave them a call and there quote for a HIP was over a hundred pound cheaper than the Estate Agents. They sent us an starter HIP to let us market the property within a few days and then the full HIP about a week later. They were all very pleasant and helpful and I would highly recommend them, the service was excellent!
