I've just been to post a letter at westlands grove and unfortunately caught the collector emptying the box. His manner and attitude was not very nice, I would actually say unfriendly and unapproachable. If that's the type of person that's employed by the post office I hope someone takes over the company and employs more approachable staff. I wouldn't mind but I could have posted the letter tomorrow..
