"Cheque book"

How on earth do I get a cheque book or have you stolen my money? add two sentences! To add to all phone calls and emails already sent. One was guaranteed to arrive within 7 working days and still has not from phone acll last Monday week. Mails to vatrios people not answere and most too fast to hear. HSBC a shower.
