A review of Blackwell & Denton by Linda MARY Nicholson written on Wednesday 18th of March 2015

I rang Chris a Blackwell and Denton regarding a lamp I bought a long time ago from another shop and asked if he could fix it and as I don't drive. He offered to come to my house to do it or offered to pick it up and drop it off once fixed.

He has just dropped it off with no charge. However as I insisted he said to get him some sweets as he has a sweet tooth

The staff go out of there way!

To offer a service just to help me out as I have used them in the past is true customer service.
