A young girl went out of her way to help me locate something I had seen online at Ark which they didn't have in stock. She even showed me how to order with click and collect to my nearest store when she realised I wasn't from York and I had tried to order online without success!!!! I am just sorry I didn't get her name to say a big thank you fir her help....a true asset to your company. .
