I took my engagement ring in to Taylor to have re-sized and some repairs doing t a clasp on one of the stones for My son to give it to his girlfriend in 10 days time - Valentines Day 2015. Initially I was given a date of 13th February but as the ring needed to be in Newcastle for 14th February this was obviously going to be too late. I was told they would do there best. The ring was ready to be collected 3 days after I took it in. Many many thanks. And she said YES!

The repairs were also £80 cheaper than we had been quoted elsewhere. Would definitely use again and recommend..
