"Door stopper didn't stop this helpful assistant"

Very helpful assistant, trying to find a doorstopper that will stop my Mother's heavy internal door from closing. Rubber wedges are not an option as you have to bend down and get them just right. The ones at Dunelm may not be heavy enough, but the assistant did all he could to find out how heavy they were, no details on the door stopper itself. Full marks for trying and apologising when he realised he couldn't
help me.
